Roslyn House Accommodation - Bushy Park - Hobart

Roslyn House offers a warm and comfortable stay in this beautiful heritage house built in 1859.

It is situated in Bushy Park in the heart of the Derwent Valley above Australia's oldest hop growing fields. It is 20 minutes from New Norfolk and 20 minutes from Mt Field National Park, therefore a great starting off point to visit these areas.

You can visit the Something Wild Wildlife Sanctuary or watch the sunset over the Florentine Valley after viewing the tall trees in the Styx Valley.

Take in the spectacular scenery of Scott's Peak and the Lake Pedder Dams. Walk to the Russell or Lady Baron Falls. Then at New Norfolk visit The Oast House for a tour of the Hop Museum. Stroll along the esplanade of the beautiful Derwent River or take a ride on a jet boat.

Visit the Salmon Ponds or just browse in the many antique or curio shops before returning for a peaceful and relaxing evening at Roslyn.
